Got some pics last night of the haunt at our dry run. Thanks for all the well wishes - we only had to run through 2x before all our actors nailed it (including our 6 yr old girl who gets "abducted" by a butcher with a chainsaw - that girl can SCREAM!). 2 folks didn't show, but we're hoping HOPING that they won't skip out on us the big night. Now time to get our odds and ends list together - still have some areas woefully lacking (more blood on the walls, the laboratory needs blood-filled jars, live bugs in the corpse box), but if we HAD to run it tomorrow, we could probably pull it off.
Excuse alot of the mess in the photos - we have to store the graveyard for the exterior (about 200' of fencing, 12 columns, a gate and 12 tombstones) in the morgue until the day of! Plus there's still a lot of construction debris to clear out. The walls are all painted cardboard and need some repairwork since we got 14" of rain last month - cardboard didn't like that. The shots were also taken in daylight - the entire haunt is lit in red lights, with the exception of the morgue, which is in blacklight, so it's not nearly as spooky as it should be!
