I remember entering Halloween contests as a kid..this is something we can all take advantage of as adults..however I live in Canada so I would imagine this contest is for US residents..all good though..good to see contests out there for the best holiday HALLOWEEN!!

Sadly, I just read the fine print and the contest is "only open and offered to persons who are legal residents of the fifty United States, and the District of Columbia".
However you can always post your pictures here
