My favorites:
Accident, Maryland
Bad Axe, Michigan
Scary, West Virginia

While I agree the name is great, I wouldn't bother too much with Accident, MD. It's about 20 houses, a farm, and a gas station. Slim pickins.

There's a street in the western part of NJ called Shades of Death Road. Would love to have a haunt on that street!
