    Default I have to miss my first halloween party – 10-22-2009,07:08 PM


    I just needed to vent a little. I got a 2nd job faster than I expected to help with my bills. I went into orientation today, and got my schedule for the next two weeks. I am working 8pm-midnight on Halloween. This is the worst possible time to work, since I am having my first halloween party (and first time decorating my new house) this year... Now my girlfriend has to entertain our guests and hand out candy alone. BUT at least I will be able to get stuff ready for next year, and have plenty of time to request off...

    Update: So I look at my schedule again, and it just says 8 - 12 . At first I assumed that meant 8pm to midnight, but now I am thinking it means 8am to noon lol.... Especially since the section I am going to be working in closes at 8pm I think. So I will find out Wednesday for sure if I am working at night or morning....
