    im hearing people are not letting their kids out this year because of the H1N1 virus. that bums me out.what do you guys think?

    I haven't heard anything along those lines. Personally I don't think this will be an issue.

    Haven't heard that one... but I'm not around kids too much. None of the parents at my work have said anything along those lines.

    I don't see hpw trick or treating would be an issue. They still let them go to school everyday, don't they? Nah, I think it's just a silly rumor...

    my kids would string me up with the monster outside if i told them no... we go, rain, snow, sleet, hail, flu, hungover.. oh wait.. KIDS... yeah.. Ill have every kid in the area here!!!

    I think whether or not you get trick or treaters depends on where you live.

    We live in the L.A. area and haven't had more than 5 trick or treaters in over 5 years.

    I've posted along these lines before, but..

    We've had H1N1 (Swine flu) here in the UK for the best part of the year.

    Guys, It really is a whole load of media hype.

    No worse in most cases than any other seasonal flu.

    PLEASE don't let this unfounded fear ruin yours or anybody elses Halloween..

    Since TOT is all about the candy, parents will let the kids TOT.

    baron,i totally agree.as soon as more and more people were refusing to get there kids vaccinated,,the focus on the "boob" tube has been that swine flu is killing kids at allarming rate.there are more images of sick kids on tv more than ever.its hype,but alot of SHEEPLE havent woke up to that yet.i hope the government doesnt ruin halloween too!
