With the final weekend approaching quickly (too quickly if you ask me) how much of your Halloween Haunt do you have complete?
I for one cut back on the decorating this year and am ahead of schedule compared to last year, but am still only 60% ready to go on Halloween. I am excited that Halloween is on a Saturday this year, I plan to celebrate the entire day. Having the full day to enjoy Halloween is great. Sure beats having to work till 5:00 PM and rush home before the kiddies show up.

I agree. It's usually a little stressful to go to work and make it home, eat a quick dinner and take the kiddies out. It leaves little time to actually soak up the atmosphere yourself. Yay for a Saturday Halloween, and here's to a wonderful holiday that we get to enjoy all day long!!!

Everything comes out this weekend!! I have had my frontyard cemetery up for weeks and now it is time to spill into the backyard. I have to get the scarecrow and cornstalks put up, then the witch and then the lab and then.....

Yeah, 40%
I have no lights up other than the countdown sign and the three funkins, The curtains aren't up(hell they aren't even coffee aged yet), the porch cobwebs are a shambles due to wind, the paper mache pumpkins aren't done yet, I haven't made labels for my regent bottles, I haven't filled my regent bottles, my paper bats aren't done, and I have yet to make a trip to savers, harbor freight, megalomart and dollar tree to pick up last second supplies.
All that, programming homework AND two mid terms next Tuesday... (my professors are conspiring against me, I swear!)
I'll have a VERY busy weekend.
*SIGH*
Its panic mode.

Woooo!
Snow likely Teusday, so my general plan is to get the yard prepped this weekend (yardwork done), and get the things that won't be bothered by weather out, then start in ernest on Wed. I'm off all next week on vacation, so lots of time.

Since mine is in the garage I wait til the weekend before (which is this weekend! Yippeee!!!!) cause I don't like to leave my car in the driveway. I also can't put anything out cause I have hoodlums that live next door.
They live. They die. They return. Zombies.
