show me some pictures lol our halloween is always for the little kids and always outside so i never get the chance to really let lose and have fun

so i figured i would post up and see what all of you do..............

i find that hysterical lol

I have a party each year and its a mixture of parents with thier children. I usually stay out front giving candy away until the TOT's are done then I begin to enjoy the party. as far as the kids they all play monster tag and run around the yard and dance with everyone else. After awhile most of the kids retire to my kids rooms and they hit the video games (of course LOL) We keep all kids either in the backyard or in the house so parents feel safe. havent lost any yet (LOL). having parents able to bring thier children seems to work well as both young and old wish to have a good time.

For this year's party, we drew names, and picking a name entitles one to chose the costume for that person. I'm not crazy about the idea. The party is this Friday 10-23. The results should be interesting. I'll post pictures if I'm allowed.

as for me well we end up spending the night out in front of our house
(gated in driveway (we live in the Bronx after all LOL))
well everyone says that we go all out (whatever that means) but
for some odd reason i never seem to be happy with the way it all turns out LOL

so as the only real house with any sort of decorations we really get a big turn out and it's only gotten worse over the past few years but you just got to love it

Hell to be honest i with all the running around the days before and the day of
I don't even remember what the heck my yard looked like in the dark LOL

I spent the entire night out in front of it all playing security and crowd control
that i really dont recall much other then the madness and endless line.....................

This year i started early and have been working on a little something for the older brats that were never happy with the treat and were a little to old/cool to appreciate the decor or their treat yet the same little {edit profanity) would come back over and over again LOL

So this year they are all going to get put in the hot seat LOL

i just took off the 29th and 30th to finish putting everything out
it just sucks that most of my stuff is not weather friendly so it only goes out the day of but with any luck i'll be able to set it all up and test run it all friday night

I don't think I'd be, either, RRguy. I've always dressed darkly, and I know I wouldn't want to wind up dressed as 'Captain Condom' or something to that effect, due to someone else thinking it would be funny

Man confucius101, that looks great .. really put together well. You do a lot with a little space. I live in northeastern NJ and know how crammed it is around here.

HD thanks for the compliments but it really does never seem enough I have about 10 other things i wanted to do but they will all have to wait till next year
the wife now wants a Michael Jackson tribute so I've been sitting here all morning trying to figure it out in my head

I'm usually too busy during parties that I don't get many pics except the posed ones. Most of our pics in previous years were done on a 35mm camera and scanned quality is not that great. Now that we've join the rest of civilization and have a digital camera, I will be able to get more pics (when I remember to take them )
