This is a plea.

Over the years I have read many international shoppers make a case that no one ships items of quality in a timely manner to over seas customers. For this reason this year we took on most countries in Europe as well as Canada and Mexico.

While 99% of these orders went off without a hitch I have to tell you please DO NOT ask us to check gift on your items. We ship 25-50 items a day in the busy season and the post office will know that we are not sending a gift to Bulgaria in the middle of October. It is a federal offense to falsify mail documents so please do not ask anyone you buy items from to do this.

I feel we go out of our way to service clients no one else will but when we get emails complaining about custom fees I just have to cringe. We do not write your customs laws. Countries levy customs charges to protect their domestic companies and you will have to abide by them.
