This is the first year we decided to start making our own props. Very difficult when you have a 2yr old. I think our neighbors think we are crazy, because we work on it after our daughter goes to bed. All our props are static. have not had time to build animated ones, and I am not impressed with the quality at Spirit. Each year in past we have bought animated props from Spirit, Walgreens, etc. And the following year they no longer work correctly. Anyway here is our yard haunt as it stands currently.

Great job! I can tell you put a ton of work into your display. I've never really noticed it on other peoples pictures of their graveyards (maybe I'm just not that observant) but I like the tombstone leaning over on the ghoulie guy crawling out of the ground.
Is the paint you used for the neon lettering glow in the dark?

Great job. Glad you can find time after your daughter goes to bed at night. I have a three year old (will be three in Nov) and the girl won't go to bed till 11. I get nothing done at night, so it is all done on weekends.
