Not been much involved with the forum the past few weeks - been psyched up finishing off some last minute projects.
Finally got to a stage where I could start to set up my yard haunt, and started with a the stone facade around the garage last Sunday. Then the rain came... not to be too dismayed still had a couple of small projects to finalize and worked on them.
anyhow, a couple of weeks back we had a letter from the power utilities company saying they would be updating the meters in the next few weeks. On Wednesday they did our meter... No one was home when they called. The meter is is on the Garage wall, So to get to the meter they pulled one of my facade panels away to access the meter, and damaged the framework.
When I arrived home from work later and saw the damage, my spirits sank. The panel still hangs loose and damaged and because of the weather I haven't been able to get out to either repair the panel or do any more setup and my enthusiasm hit an all time low.
Well, this morning I had a look through some of the many postings I've missed and seeing all the pics of you's guys set ups has boosted my enthusiasm again.
So I am about to set out to repair the panel, and get some of the haunt done, rain or shine
Thanks guys for the boost !!

I hate that they damaged your setup (and I hope you gave them an earful at least) but good for you getting into the spirit and just "weathering" the annoying stuff...like the weather. It can take all the bounce out of your bungee if you let it get to you.

(and I'm still trying to find the perfect spot in my graveyard for my grave grabber "Herman" - he is awesome! Thanks again for such a great Secret Reaper gift.
