last saturday. i bought a few things and I asked the girl about the friends and family discount. You would have sworn by the look on her face that my head was spinning around like on the Exorcist. She gave me some lame excuses..."I can't do it", "it's only for friends and family" and "someone else would have to ring you out and no one is available (all while I was looking at 3 other associates on the floor)" . She then laughed nervously and asked me how I knew about it. I just told I read about it somewhere. Wow! Not the reaction I was expecting.....lol

I actually went in that day and asked.. isn't today friends and family? The lady working was like yeah... I flirted a bit and asked if I could have a coupon. She gave me two. Needless to say I spent about another $500 that day! But most of the stuff I got was already on clearance so I saved a ton of cash! She was very nice to do that for me.

Yeah, Spirit employees don't like to talk about discounts for family and friend. Nor, do they like to talk about the 50% off sale the day after Halloween. It's like a secrete or something.
