Came home from work to find I was not ready for a change in wind direction. I guess I'm lucky it's not worse. Thanks to JohnnyAppleseed for rushing over to help, we decided it should wait til the winds go away!

Like my friend here said....the wind is coming! Litemare did have a revelation while I was there though and this is what I heard...."Why didn't I build my columns with plywood?". If it makes you feel better though Litemare, I think the sail area of the entrance sign would have been too much for the wind to grab ahold of no matter what! To be honest when I first got Litemares note, I thought it took everything down including his hearse, fortunately the damage appears limited at this time.

I hear you about the wind. I had my crypt 75% done the frame was up and the back foam was installed and one of the sides and the wind picked it up and threw it to the ground. had to rebuild it now I have a tie down in the middle hoping to the wind gods it dont happen again. The crypt is made of 1X4's and 1" foam. Hope nothing broke your setup looks awsome..

We had alot of wind storms last year.This year is more cold and rain.When the wind changes direction it can cause some real havoc.

Oh, man!!! Yes, I will bring my tools on Saturday!!!!
I'm happy to report my stuff all came through the winds without a scratch! I had one plastic pumpkin leap off the tower ledge, but its power cord held it up -- just had to climb the ladder and put it back on the windowsill.
