when he was two. When Halloween was over I painted the year on his bucket and he used it until he quit trick-or-treating in 2000.

My daughter got her bucket in 1994 and used it until she quit trick-or-treating last year.

All were pointing to a certain passage, and every face seemed so distorted with
epileptic and reverberant laughter that I almost thought I heard the fiendish echoes.
The title of the picture was, 'Holmes, Lowell and Longfellow Lie Buried in Mount Auburn.'

aww that's a lovely idea! I'm sure many of us will hope to do this with the kiddos(whether we have them now, or not yet!) in the future! Thanks for sharing with us.

Bit too late for my two. I'm afraid.
Great idea though, and one I'll remember if or when I'm blessed with grandchildren.
