Hey all, I decided this year to do a small garage haunt and I want to make/buy three signs (one for each end of the street and my yard). I found this site's supplies to be relatively cheap: Yard Sale Supplies .com - Do It Yourself (DIY) Sign Materials
Unfortunately they really stick it to ya on shipping:
Bradley's Subtotal: $13.95
Shipping/Handling to Shawnee Mission, KS 66212: $15.20
Order Total ($USD): $29.15
Just wondering if anyone knows of a cheaper place to buy materials.

The cheapest way I figure would be to do it yourself on your computer, print them out, and put that 30 bucks towards an investment in a laminating machine from Staples, etc. If you're gonna do signs every year, it's worth it in the long run. Good luck with the turnout!

Oh, I see you're getting large size signs. I thought you were talking about smaller ones that go on telephone poles and such. Don't know anything better than what you've found.

Well I was able to get the same material at my local FastSigns for $16 with tax. I decided to make a prototype just to check to see how it would look full size and printed and this was my result:

I bought some reflective tape to use for the arrows and I plan on laminating the print-offs to make them water-resistant.
