    A friend just sent me one of these... they are so cute!

    JibJab – Halloween eCards

    I've seen cute stuff from JibJab before, so I thought it was pretty nifty that they did a whole series of Halloween animated ecards that you can customize with your (or unsuspecting victim's) photos.
