Doing the happy creepy dance of Halloween joy...today is a little cooler, VERY windy, it is Sunday, my kids are around and it's already October, so...TODAY I PUT OUT MY HALLOWEEN DECORATIONS!!!

Woooooo hoooooooo!

I have been sitting on my hands not to put all my stuff out until this time but I really did want to wait for it to be cooler. It had actually been above 100 for a few days two weeks ago.

I have autumn stuff out, but not my graveyard stuff. I will put it out today, eyeball what's missing and plan my rest-of-my-haunt shopping if I need it...

I'll post pics when I can but i have found them verrrrry slow to upload. But I'll do my best!

Wish you all could be here to help me, have a little apple cider and a lot of laughs and good times!!!!!!!

Yay! I know how you feel about the cooler weather. Unfortunately, with ours we got lots of rain so my outside decorating got put on hold. Oh well. Have a great decorating day!

CaliforniaMelanie glad it is cooler in your area. Wish it was so in Florida, but oh well. October is such a wonderful month we should all be doing a happy creepy dance. Have fun decorating and a Skippedy-do-dah to you too!!!

Okay...I have a bunch of stuff up...I still have a bunch of Halloween-ish stuff to do for the inside of my house (like my witch's kitchen and scary hanging guys). The pics don't look as impressive as the actual display does! I am VERY happy with how everything pretty much matches a theme this year (graveyard theme). It's not as mixed-and-matched. Great fun!!

I'm on SoCal too and LOVE this weather! Here in Hollywood there's been a nice breeze, some nice storm clouds, cool chill to the air and beautiful lighting. Had a blast at the Farmers Market.

Yup, the weather is gorgeous. I'm farther inland (in the San Gabriel Valley) so it gets hotter...On a cooler day like today, it's heaven. And it feels like fall!!

I wish it felt like fall in South Texas...
But I'm happy that you are getting to enjoy some fall weather.

Hmm.... here in Upstate NY the trees are turning, days around 65* and nights about 45* Would not trade fall for anything except when it snows on Halloween.
