I was at Spirit the other day and saw a rocking portrait, but I don't remember it spinning. It just kind of rocked back and forth, motion sensored. I liked it!

That is why you should buy online (SpiritHalloween.com is a premium sponsor).

There is video of this in the background here: YouTube - Halloween Prop: Life-Size Animated Midnight Countess

If you buy it online, you can use this: Coupon Code: SPHF20 20% Off One Item

They had three or four of them in the Spirit Store I visited. The rocking motion looked very cool and not mechanical at all. But as I was watching the one on display fell off the wall and crashed to the floor. A fun little bonus.

Now if it suddenly flew back onto the wall, I would buy it in a second!

I saw a box of it on the floor - they didn't have the actual item hanging up. So I opened the box to see what the picture looked like. It was VERY flimsy - like the picture was just a piece of paper pasted onto some cardboard with a plastic frame. I didn't bother buying it. As far as I know, it sways side to side.

Yeah I wasnt expecting too much from the picture. but would it have killed them to print the image on decent stock.

Why does every store bought prop have to make cheesey sounds.
Dont they understand it is more creppy if it were silent.
Beside nothing is worse than having several of these type props going off at one time.
Why cant they have an on/off feature for these sounds.
I mean these companies make alot of props. All with sound. has anyone working for these companies ever seen more than one of their products on the same display. They havent figured this out for themselves?

i bought that one last year for our haunted manor theme 23 Possessed Portrait - Costumes got it on sale for 15$ if you click the video link you'll see the movement and sound ...as the same movement and sound that then one from spirit just diffrent painting /picture in it ....it is cheap plastic but just the cost to make one would be more so i think it was a great deal and in the dark people dont notice the quality much and everyone like it ....
