    okay halloween creatures i have a problem and need a way to get a plastic sence setter background to stay on to concret wall outside? cheap, easy, witch way is good thanks a tons

    It held a 10x 24 sheet of black plastic for a week( I'm sure it would have held longer). I guess it depends on wind. Is it windy there?
