I want to open up a spook trail this year for the public. I was wandering what all I need to do to keep people from wanting to sue if they get hurt. The trail I have constructed seems to be safe, but when people who are walking through get scared, they may still get hurt. Does anyone know what I need to do to protect myself from a lawsuit?

i would check with a lawyer to be sure, but i would think that a large, well-lit "enter at your own risk" sign should cover it.
Send more paramedics!!

I've seen a couple how-tos that suggest you call your homeowner's liability agent to make sure you are covered.
Undead and loving it!
