I might have overlooked it ...Looking through the gathering,community section thoroughly ...I have found nothing in the NY area...where else can I look?

Why isn't there a New York make & take?
Maybe nobody volunteered to host the event.

Where is NY are you? NY is divided into the 3 sections: the City, Upstate, and Western.

im in upstate, Orange county NY, and i would LOVE to attend an event like this. I dont have the means to host one myself though

I would too but I don't Orange is Upstate. LOL I'm in Saratoga.

Well...I live on Long Island...so I am a distance away from everyone so far...and on top of that I have no real experience in making props...which wouldn't help much in this situation.

forest of fear has changed a lot over the years. compared to Kevin McKerdys Haunted house, skull island screampark and of the the headless horseman hayride and haunted house, you get more for your money at other places and not forest of fear.

the only actual attraction is the slaughterhouse, the rest are side shows and the carnival they take from the ren faire.

ive only gone to forest of fear when i had a few friends that worked there that got me in for free.

i hear from a very reliable source that they are making major changes this year. Im excited to go. I also work there so if you wanted to satisfy your curiosity i could get a fellow halloween forum friend in for free.

Also, they bring in the carnival from outside, it has nothing to do with the renne faire. lol

I know they purchased a bunch of new large items for this year...i think one of those ultimate last ride things too.
