For the third year in a row, a group of fine artists and special effects artists are putting together a show in SOCAL to celebrate the artistic potential of the Halloween season, with an emphasis on new visions based on traditional imagery.

This Autumn, they are set to produce a book showcasing the artwork from the first two years. The current issue of Rue Morgue has an article covering the book and the artwork looks fantastic; refreshing and new and yet very traditional in the tone and subjects.

So far, details are very sparse regarding where and when we can get our hands on this awesome collection of art.

I also saw this in Rue Morgue and can't wait to get my hands on it. Some really amazing art on the site. I have been checking for a pre-order date because I don't want to miss out on this. I would think it should be out in time for Halloween.

Looks like there is some very nice art in there.
