Has anyone actually received a printed Harvest catalog yet? I thought for sure that it would've arrived by now, but I still don't have a copy. I don't want to order online, especially since they don't offer PayPal as a payment option, but I definitely don't want to miss out on getting a few of the hooded skeletons (I'm sure they are going to be hot, especially at that price). Thanks.
