When I get masks shipped there always deformed. Right now I use newpaper to get it into better shape, are there any other ways?

I have had luck reshaping masks using a heat gun to lightly and carfully heat up the offending area and the let it cool in the correct position. I have also heated masks by placing them in a dryer to soften them up. I have never tried this on an exspensive mask....just the budget variety.

Some people use the foam wig heads to store masks on as well.

The best thing to do is as you have done. Latex will take the shape of whatever is inside of it.

I live in S.Fl. so I just put it outside for 15 mins and I'm good.
