Out here in Washington State I am so happy to finally have sunny days. There's not a lot of sunny, or dry, days for outdoor prop building, so I'll take all the sun I can get!
I remember looking out the window in January, Febuary, March, April, and even May -- wishing it would be something other than snow, or sleet, or ice, or rain, or mist, or drizzle, or downpour, or showers, etc.

Amen I love the warm weather, gives me a chance to really get out in the yard and work on props.

Actually, I'm kind of the opposite. When summer comes, I'm all excited because it's the last season before Halloween and time to kick it into high gear!

Look at it this way. Get through June, then you only have about 2 1/2 months before you start to see Halloween stuff in some stores. Then it's right around the corner.

It was a pleasant 65 here today
Cloudy, not too humid. If the air were crisper it would have been fall.

When you think about it, there is only one big holiday between now and Halloween if you include the 4th of July. I love seeing Halloween stuff in stores in August!
I actually get really strong Halloween jonesing in the summer, because it reminds me of getting out in the heat of August/early September and seeing early signs in stores like Party City, Hallmark etc...
I'm with you though Pumpkinman, I hate the heat. Those first cooler days of fall make me feel so good again!
