Thread: Im bummed my halloween stuff is gone

So I had a series of bad luck but long story short I have to start all over On all my halloween stuff I don't have anything anymore I am so bummed out But looking forward to getting new stuff but still

I'm so sorry to hear that. Can anyone here organize a support/donation collection in the Denver area? Any Denver haunters have older props they're willing to donate?

Not sure going to look around... The only thing that really upsets me is I had a thing in there they don't make anymore can't find anywhere it was my mothers first decorations so im really hoping I can find them again hopefully ebay

so how did your misfortune happen? i have some things i could care less about but some things are very dear to me. wow, you have had an unfortunate event. sorry to hear that. mr chicken, i like your positive attitude. it is the best direction to go now.

Yes thank you for all the positive post it made me feel a little better Im excited for all new stuff just slightly bummed out... I will try to make it a short story but got hit with the recession hard had to give up my place and my husband,my kids and myself had to move in with my mother in law, we were living with her and her other son in a two bedroom apartment so we were on the floor and had to get rid of what we could and put the rest in the storage so my halloween and my christmas stuff cause I also really like decorating for christmas and some other stuff was put in storage till we could move out.... well my husband finally was making enough for us to move out so we did we switched the address to our storage cause we were still in the process of getting everything out and getting stuff moved in between his job and everything but then it went bad again... They cut my husbands hours ( i stay at home with our kids day care is outrageous) and pay so we had to choice between paying the storage or roof and food for ourselves and kids and that always comes first so I made the desion to let them sell what was left in the storage to get their money.

wow, that is real hard. i hope things get better for you guys. i know what you mean about recession though. i've been working 7 days a week. 8 to 9 hours a day hoping to make living costs. things have got to get better, i just know it. i'll keep you in my thoughts.

Thank you It wasn't a hard choice but an unfortunate necessary one... 7 days a week only 8 to 9 hours??? I am so sorry to hear that for you that is really hard to make living cost like that. I think were all on our way of not being affected by this recession but it is going to be a hard long winding road to get over it, but I hope a lot of luck comes your way and everyone elses who are cutting back to make ends meet. And I will keep you in my thoughts as well thank you again

Thank you yeah it is disappointing but was something that had to be done who ever gets that stuff will be one very very happy person and like Mr. Chicken Said I can rebuild and make it better then ever
