I find myself in the position to pick up a major addition to a haunt.

If money were no object, what would you add?

Where is a good place to find unique haunt additions?

I know you guys are the experts and let me pick your brains!!!

I am by no means and expert, this is just a suggestion, you could visit the professional haunts in your area and see if they are planning to get rid of props. It seems that most in CO change up their theme each year, this may give you an opportunity to purchase something for good price, or get something for free. Some of the free stuff can re-worked to blend in with the theme of your haunt.

Just an idea to kick around.

These guys sell the BIG and/or technically difficult props to professional haunts. Just saw their stuff yesterday and they are amazing!

Haunted House supplies, animations, special effects, horror props - The ScareFactory

Here's a video of one of their props:

    I've posted this before:

Giant Troll < Animatronics < Halloween Props < Fright Catalog, Inc.

This thing farts while it sleeps and is 12' tall when standing erect.

We actually saw an animatronic Pumpkin King Prop from the Scare Factory at a commercial haunt last year. Impressive size and movement, but the recorded voice was loud but mostly indeciferable.

Fright Factory is amazing, but way out of my price range. Great to look through for inspiration, though.
