I had all 3 of my 1000w fog machines let me down halloween night . Today I got them out and cleaned them and put new hoses on them. Now they are all pumping fluid and one started working great .The other two are cloged in the heater .I can blow air through the heater on the one that works and the other two heaters seem to be completly cloged. I ran white vingare and distilled water through them ,it did not help does any one know how to clean the heaters? I would rather spend money on new props this year any help will be great.

I have heard of people boiling them in vinegar, but have never tried it.

Check the nozzles to see if they're clogged. Just stick a pin in the opening to clear any cooked fluid. You may need to remove it - most are simple threaded fittings. If that doesn't do it, you'll need to disassemble the machine and open up the heater. Not difficult, just tedious. And avoid using cheap fluids - lots of problems come from bad fog juice.
