I need some advice for placement of props in the yard. and Also some other cool prop ideas for my yard. Do you think you can help me out?

I agree with Muffy. I think your yard looks great the way you have it.

Your yard looks nice and you should be proud of it. You don't have to change anything and you should get some good screams. It's d#%n fine work. *IF* I was to make any suggestions at all, they would be to place the 2 wooden cross grave markers asymetrically--it's a personal choice for me--I don't see many cemeteries that have the almost mirror image arrangement. But there's nothing wrong with how you have it now, this is just my obsessive compulsive quest for 'realism'. You can all roll your eyes at me now ;-) The other would be to drop the spider victim a little lower so he's more [in your face' at the porch.
