Here is a video that my neighbor took of Torture House 2008. Keep in mind that I build and display all this stuff three days before Halloween. It is usually just me, my girlfriend and a little help from my mom, only because its her house that we use.
This year I ran out of time building new props and getting my existing props to work. Instead I focused more on themes and the design of the Haunted House.

I think the neighbor did a great job filming this......what a spectacular display! Boy you really have the stuff! Bet the TOT's loved it!

A great display there are a few props I have not seen befor were did you get the 2 headed doll or did you make it?
