That's from Playland at the Pacific National Exhibition in Vancouver, BC. I work right across ther street but I've never been. Maybe this year, they have several haunts and of course all the regular rides going on.

Ha ha, that's awesome. It's almost as awesome as the haunted car video (youtube it), but not quite. It did make me jump out of my chair though.
