The guy did admit he was at fault. I am concerned though with what seems like he was trying to run a commercial haunted house out of his residence.

I don't disagree with you, but whatever happened to knocking on the door and talking to your neighbor.

Nothing like getting a notice the day before.

Guess I'm just fed up with the way HOA's do business more than whether or not they are right.

At the very least, the haunters seem honest.

I concede that I too would be upset if my neighbor was making money off of a home haunt. However, i would talk to them.

I know a lot of Xmas people collect money for charity with their Xmas lights..
