stick to a theme for your yard haunts and how many just kinda mix it up with a little of everything??? I like to mix it up myself and have a bit of everything. This year I have added so many new things I think it will be a challenge where to place evrything though!!

I mix it up, I could NEVER commit to one theme!
lol
I do try to have everything flow in some sort of way. I guess you could say my style is creepy/classic. Is that a style?
I don't do anything with lots of blood or gore.

I stick to a general theme. I'm really anal about things like that. I feel the impact is greater when displays make some kind of sense and/or tell a story.

I did a theme last year and another this year. Next year I'm going with a theme but, a little more relaxed. The front yard will be one thing and the back something else. I realised that most of my stuff will just sit in the garage if I stick with a theme and have to build all new stuff every year, just for that year.

I don't really do a theme. I mean my whole yard is pretty much a cemetary with a characters thrown in.

We pretty well try to stick with a general theme. Victorian-ish, definately ish. but we will have the pillory, a crows cage and such and the haunted cemetery. no clowns or horror movie references (unless they are of that period) in our haunt. next year we plan to do selected scenes from Edgar Allan Poe stories.

We have 3 themes (witches, vampires, ghosts), and we stick to one of them on a 3-year rotation... Children have time to forget what we have (props and decorations), so it saves us money, as we don't have to buy lots of new stuff (which is hard to do, but...) every year
Support bacteria - they're the only culture some people have!

I stick to a theme, religiously.
Well..."theme", as it were, anyway.
There are years I've thought about changing that theme, but too much work has gone into it now to start over.

Mix. I don't have enough of one style decoration to do themes... yet.

No theme yet for me. I do have alot of varied props that I spread throughout the yard to create the best flow for the ToT's but being on a corner with 200' of frontage I have alot more props to make to fill the space!
