I dont know about you guys but Costco just amazes me.
They have some Christmas stuff all year round and go hard with their stocking of Christmas product many months prior to the actual season (you go to any Costco now and you will see rows of Christmas goods).
So where is the Halloween goods? We are about a month away now and all I see is a couple inflatibles, kiddie costumes and a toy or two.
I dropped the ball last year and I was really looking forward to getting that animated witch made by Gemmy. Not only they stopped selling it I have found that year after year I see less and less "token" Halloween props where I now believe the following theory:
Costco is run by religious Christian fundamentalists who look upon Halloween as something evil and wrong
What do you guys think?

I don't know about Religous Christian fundamentalists...but yes Costco is severly lacking. I've been trying to find the Fortune Witch they had last year and was hoping they had her this year but NOPE nothing!
My Costco had (as I count on my fingers) 1, 2, 3... 6 halloween decoration. That's All!
Am I missing something, did I miss the memo that there won't be a Halloween this year; because the stores seem to think so. uGH!

I've been finding this to be the general trend everywhere. The Halloween stuff is already thinning out and the Christmas stuff is already out and encroaching on the Hallowee section rapidly.
My mom wiped out the local AC Moore of foam skulls for me. When she went back they hadn't restocked and weren't expecting more in. This was 2 weeks ago. O_o

We have Sam's Club here and it's the same as where you are---lots of Christmas and a few Halloween inflatables. Oh and one of those talking Gargoyles.
Not impressed."Scare me once, shame on you. Scare me twice ... you'd better run like hell."
