I have bult pvc fencing for the past few years now and I have been able to build them really quick but I havent found a good way to paint them yet. How do you do it?
I used to have super powers until my therapist took them away.

Krylon Fusion paint is made for plastic and somehow bonds to it.

In general for PVC (never done anything on the scale of a fence though), I run my orbital sander over it to rough it up a bit then wipe the pieces down. I'd say sand first then assemble, then hit it with spray paint. Like I said the Fusion paint will bond to it permanently and probably avoid touch-ups, or a lot of them anyway. Or if you don't mind touch-ups, any spray paint would do.

I saw one somewhere where they later dusted the black fence with light uneven coats of rust and moss colors. Looked quite good IMO.

Anyway, for long pieces of PVC, I'm afraid I know of no quick way to do it other than sweeping with the good ol' rattle can.

I tried the paint for plastic and cheapo spray paint. The one that I like is the spray paint for bbq's and stoves. It covers great.A little pricey 3.00 but worth it because you don't use as much. Also I found the greatest thing ever a little plastic peice for around 3.00 that fits around the top of the can with a large handle making a nice spray of the paint and don't tire out your fingers. Those little bottons on spray cans make my fingers sore.
I didn't sand I just put them together and sprayed.

Are you asking for paint sticking or coverage? I use 89 cent flat black paint but before I put my fence together I lay all the pipe together and paint than roll and paint and roll it covers quicker with no waste and just a little touch up is needed after putting it together.

I used a gallon of exterior house paint that I picked up for about $4 and used a paint sprayer! That was about 7-8 years ago and they still look fine! Even if I paid full price for a gallon of paint, its cheaper then spray cans!

I used the .97 walmart spray paint... it took about 2 and a half cans for each 8 ft section of fence. I wish I had thought to paint it before I put it together.

I roll black paint on in all the places I can then go back over it with the dollar spray paints to get the spots a roller won't fit. I stand it up on rebar and can do several pieces quickly without having to wait for one side to dry.

I too use the flat .97 black spray paint. 5 years and I have never had a problem.
