My dear Ghouls and Ghoulet’s,
Just a short note to let you know the old Spookster is yes dead as always but not buried! Not yet at least! Instead of laying peacefully in my coffin and sipping on a cold drink of formaldehyde. I have been a blaze of activity over the past year and specially now when it’s been “bats to the wall” for the rotten one.
Just a few of the nefarious activities I have been involved with over the past year is finally acquiring my cycle from hell, or as Mrs. Spookzilla fondly call’s it the “Black Beast”. This is a vintage 1981 R100RS BMW motorcycle that has kept me busy as I ride the highways to hell. If any of my fellow spookster's ride BMW cycles and specially airheads I would love to hear from you!
As for our upcoming celebration as I said the Devils Works shop has been burning fire and brimstone on overtime. This year haunt includes new and improved additions as always when one is involved in this haunted nuclear arms race. Mr. Jack the pumpkin headed scare crow (see tutorial) will make his grand entrance to this year haunt complete with voice activated motion detector and sound activates LED lights in his rotten vegetable noggin. My horribly lovely witch has undergone a complete make over and is now automated to swing back and forth from the roof of the house thanks to a junked Dodge mini-van windshield wiper motor and an old ATX computer power supply. Yes your dear old Spookster is cheap but as Mrs. Spookzilla can testify dam I’m good! LOL! Also after years of abuse by friendly bugs that decided hmmm ….. Styrofoam and wood isn’t too bad to eat made me brake down and completely rebuilt my mausoleum. I repaired the lovely rot and damage and gave the old crypt of the dead a nice moldy swamp thing look which I hope will go well with the new Voodoo Queen fortune teller tent. Oh by the way this position still open and if any witches who are good with casting bones and reading fortunes who would like to apply please contact me soon! To illuminate the way to the dead I decide it was past time to add a light on each cemetery gate column complete with a nice flicker circuit for ambiance of course. Not to be completely stale and decrepit I also decided to bow to the young folks and to keep there devious souls occupied while they visited my haunt by showing my favorite silent movie Nosferatu which I have edited and will be projecting onto the backside of my living room picture window if all works according to my evil plans, knock on a coffin!
So as you can see your old fiend Spookzilla has been busy and then some my friends. As for Netherworld this year, it fills my haunted dreams, but I can’t say one way or another if I will make it. With the price of gas if I do go I might be flying down on the haunted cycle!
May the spirits be with you!
Spookzilla

I know what you've been up to you old ghoul...you just wanted to CREEP ahead of everyone else and have your props ready while the rest of us were busy posting a thousand and one posts on the forum. Well, it's just as I suspected, you ARE creepy. You know how much I miss your presence in the graveyard by the light of the moon so make sure to come back often. And don't forget, you still owe me one cheesecake calendar with your speedo man picture in it and that moonlight dance by our favorite tomb. I've been saving cobwebs all year and I shall have the most splendid dress made of spider silk and angel's breath by October 31. Welcome home my friend.
