Yes we do have a graveyard scene...im not really to sure what actually happens at that scene because we do not "act" at every scene. The trail that we have is almost 10 acres of land.

I do a home haunt and I have 2 chainsaw guys, .Last year they were at both ends of our jeepers creepers area (about 20' long) so occasionally they get you from both direstions or as I usually say " one to get you running and the other to stop you dead in your tracts!" It works pretty well for us.

If you can get a black horse you could always do the headless horseman! You could have him ride up from the other side of the hill,
and pretend like he's gonna throw his head at them.I never get MAD, I get EVEN! Pray I only get MAD!

We actually thought about that....but figured it would be way to dangerous to pull off because if you slip down that hill your going to go str8 into the wagon.
Its a great idea though because its a stables that puts it on every year

Could the horseman possibly ride up from behind the wagon? Or maybe just have him waiting for them at the top
of the hill, maybe throw a fake head at the wagon? If you can, rent the movie "The Hollow" ....it has a hayride in
it simlar what you described, Maybe it will give you some ideas. If really want to scare them, plant somebody on the
wagon and grab them kicking and screaming into the woods.....then make out like it's not part of the show! Tell the
person on the tractor to take them back and get the police out there real quick! Give the plant enough time to get
back to the starting point where they're waiting on them when they get back! Make it as realistic as you can!I never get MAD, I get EVEN! Pray I only get MAD!

The goose cannon is a great shock, but riders would be forewarned by it going off at hayrides passing before it.
Are there trees over the area? If this is within budget and time, put up a simple decoy scene on the hill. When the riders' attention is drawn in that direction, drop a very large spider over the wagon accompanied by strobe and screeching sounds.

To Chris: See the whole point of having the goose cannon there is that they are not expecting anything to happen. So if your waiting for another scene to happen and all of a sudden BOOM...i think we might get some screams...plus we will have like 2 people jumping out of the woods.
Yes Trees are over the area, the hayride takes place in a forest with a gravel path through it.
To Goblin: We loved the idea of the headless horsemen we really do, just at that scene its far to dangerous, if for some reason the horse spooks then the rider is done. The horse could ride up behind the trailor but on that stretch before the turn its like 1/4 mile straight stretch and you would see him coming right from the entrance
