Yesterday, having built a garden shed for the garden stuff, so I could have the existing shed for halloween storage, I brought all the totes down from the attic to store in the shed.

Opening a couple of totes, I was almost surprised at some of the contents ...

5 brand new masks
4 pair monster gloves

I knew there was some new stuff I had purchased in the post halloween sale, but
I had forgotten that I had purchased these !

I can't wait to go through the rest of the totes and find other items I forgot I had purchased..

The question is, has this happened to you ??

I even forget about stuff I have for years. My daughter started opening my boxes this year and I was pouting...... lol yes pouting....... she was like what's wrong and I was telling her that's one of my favorite parts (opening the boxes) it's like opening presents on Christmas morning.

YES,I love discovering the new things I bought last year. I'm going into the attic this weekend so I'm getting really excited.

Nope, that has never happened to me but......have you ever purchased a bunch of things in one day, you unload the car and start to open, test, cut the tags off. You make a trash pile and a pile of things you just opened. Then you take the trash out. The next day the trash truck comes and the trash goes, then you realize, OH MY, what did I do!!!!! I threw one of my Lemax houses out with the trash

Definitely... Bunch of masks I got after-Halloween sales. I also have 2 foggers someone gave me that I didn't realize at the bottom of a box.

No, but I do completely forget about things that I bought and used the year before lol I'm a little bit scatty around Halloween time.. I try to focus but I just get so excited!

Oh yeah! I discovered a bunch of bats in my boxes.

Hey !!! I resemble that remark lol

that's happened a couple times with small things. i've made most of my decorations now so it's hard to forget them after spending the time to make them.
