I can come here anytime of the year, day or night, and it's always Halloween!

I like the fact that , no matter how strange I get in my halloween decorating, there is someone stranger.

I like that if you have a problem with a prop there's always someone here to help. Plus, all the friendliness and cheer.

It's always Halloween here.
You get lots of great ideas.
You can ask questions and get answers.
You can tell stupid stories about Halloween and no one looks at you weird.
People are nice and can't leave mean off the topic comments. (Thanks Larry)
I love the design of the site, black and greys with a touch of orange.

One thing that bugs me a little: That darn countdown to Halloween on the home page. With so much to do before the big day, it stresses me out. But motivates me as well so it's all good.

I love it because here I'm never alone.

Oh Boy such true things said here on this thread! This forum also helps keep me on track with staying more focused with our building load (I say that as we are so behind right now my hair is growing grey rather quickly!).

My 1st year in here I tried really hard to hang all year & I proved to myself I am nuts enough to talk halloween 365 days of the year! So this year it was easy to hang all year & not only that, BUT it was easier to TALK halloween to people outside of our forum.......so see... this forum has made me more of a diehard haunter.

I think we all motivate each other & with the media declaring how popular halloween has become its because us guys are all helping each other be crazy about halloween all the time!! With that in mind I thank the very people on this forum that when I joined they all made me feel like it was ok to talk halloween in here all the time.

I mean I loved halloween all my life but when I found this group & read all the things they were building & doing thats when I jumped off the cliff & had one thought in mind year round......" I wanna be like them!!".

PS....the countdown reading this morning caused total meltdown!!EEKKK...its just to close guys!!

Everyone here is so willing to share their knowledge. So many times on other forums people are told to "Google it" or "here's a link go find it". The people here have heard the same questions again and again and still they answer these questions as though they've never been asked before.

I like it here because when your having those bad days, this place makes the world go away. Everyone is so nice and cheerfull, kind hearted and full of spirit.

halloweenrocks.....that is so well said! I agree completely. With all my health issues going on & more & more having trouble walking.....between my candy business & my die hard decorating frenzies, I really wonder how the hell I'm gonna get everything done.

Then I sit down WHENEVER I have time & read here & enjoy everybody & in a matter of 30 minutes or so you all instill the spirit inside of me that I can pull this all off!! This place is the best therapy in the world & its because of the great people in here!
