Target has awesome resin gravestones for 19.99!!!! I saw 4 or 5 designs, but only bought 1. It's 25 inches tall and 5+ inches wide at the base. This thing is sturdy and heavier than most. And it will stand up to wind and rain (not likely to see much of that in San Diego) for years. At this price ... I don't think these will last. Run, fellow haunters ... run for your lives.

Thanks for the tip I'm planning on going to Target tonight or tomorrow. That's about the only place I haven't hit up yet.
Now my nightmares know my name...

Yea, I got one of those last year the day after Halloween. I loved it and it was half price. I say LOVED because someone knocked it off the shelf in my garage and it broke into a thousand pieces. I never even got to use it. If I find another one like it I'm going to get it . But this time I'm going to protect it better.

Does the "resin" hold up well to outdoor conditions?

Resin holds up very well. I'm not sure about freezing ... it never happens in San Diego. Can anyone answer that?

You have to be really careful with resin items when the weather gets into the thirties and lower forties. They can shatter or crack if hit or fall into each other-especially the thin and hollow items. Resin figures that have lights are especially at risk because of the heat they produce when the temp gets cold. Cracking or shattering may occur easily.
