Thread: Its begun , I started decorating my trail

Well I decided today to start my yard trail which is "U" shaped (and a few hundred yards long) then heads into the back door of the garage, of course it all looks kinda happy right now till I add the mask on the scarecrows later on as they transform over night, this year we grew the trail to go around the trampoline of which we will use as a prop or have some actors hide under. I had to add a few more tiki's today too. We will also use this trail for our Movie night in the garage in Oct. too. This is our 4 th year and the crowds have grown with van drop off's. Yeah it looks a little cute now but once the foggers go on and actors hide and I break out some of my creepy stuff we'll have to beg them to come in again. So far so good. Looks great! Darn, I want this month to end! My garage is just filled with half-completed projects. I want it back...it's starting to get pretty cool in the mornings.

Its fun getting started so early......having our garage done for the scary scene contest has been great.....I go out there everyday & just enjoy looking at it!!

Bozz I know your pictures from last year......I love the way you set up your scarecrows and your trail is so cute!

Thanks so much Muff, we have so many little kids here we have to keep it PG outside but in the garage is more of a PG-13. And congrats on your garage too. Yeah its fun messing around out back now. Added a few more pics below, as you can see we could expand the trail to the woods but I'm afraid that would be too long for hit and run TOT's, but Movie night in the garage is possible. Maybe send them thru the garden and a little woods and back ?!?! Not sure if I want to manage a trail that long with Tiki's and rocks to trip over. Well I decided I would be an actor on the trampoline (you know caged creature) as a distraction for the rest of the trail now I need trampoline decor ideas ?!?! Was thinking of hanging some large items on the safety poles.....uumm. Thanks, check night shots with foggers below.
