Has anybody recieved their animatronics from spirit?

I ordered a creepy donna and a couple of lanterns.I got the lanterns the other day but still no shipment notice on donna.
I haven't heard anybody talking about the spirit props they ordered during the sale so was wondering if anybody got any of the goods yet.

I was surprised to see this post, as I was just creating a similar Thread about orders from Spiritofhalloween.com. What a surprise that there is someone else having issues with their order at Spirit. I just got off the phone, spent over a half an hour, with a representative of Spirit. For the first 10 minutes I got nothing but a run-around before I finally got this person to look at my order. Supposibly my concern has been sent to a higher authority at Spirit and I am suppose to receive a phone call, within 48 hours, explaining the situation with my order.

They normally ship very quick.It has been over a week and nothing on donna.It would be nice just to know what is going on.They are selling the animatronics on the website so I assume there are still supplies.
So I was curious if I was the only one.
It is not like spirit to take more than 5 days with orders I have placed before.Altho I have noticed the smaller items do arrive a day or two ahead of the larger items.
Please keep us posted.

Glad to hear that they are taking care of you. Unfortunately, they have done very little for me. I placed two orders, one on 8/28/08 and another on 8/29/08. The website said the 8/29/08 order had shipped before the 8/28/08 order. Wednesday, half the 8/29/08 order arrived and no sign of the rest of the order. Finally, according to their website my 8/28/08 order has shipped. I have been on the phone with a rep. for Spirit two times now, and have to call again today about the partial order that I received.

Its one thing to have this happen once, but this is two years in a row that there has been an issue with orders I place online from Spirit. I won't be buying from them again, unless they are extremely nice to me. Even then I will think twice before I buy from them.

FYI... I just got off the phone with a representative at Spirit and was informed that animatronics are sent from an off-site storage facility. Thus, orders tend to take more time than usual (can't see how weeks is more than usual - seems like everything from Spirit takes more than two weeks). In addition to this, I was told that they had a glitch in their ordering/shipping and some orders were lost for a few days out in cyber space or something to that affect.

I suggest that you follow up with them ASAP. Only thing is, make sure you ask for a manager, because the customer service reps basically read from a set list of Q&A.

Best of luck... I had to have a refund done on one of my orders that did not show up. They charged my credit card for the full price of both orders and I have not recieved one order adn the other order I only recieved half of it.
