I was reading an issue of Haunt World (appearently on old issue) and saw an ad that was exactly what I was looking for for my haunt. It is called Terror on Wheels it was marketed by Bloodline Productions. The web site listed is no good and the phone number went to someones cell phone. I left a message just in case it was the right number. Anyway this item is a trailer that the sides fold out and gives about 1000 square feet of space. This item is exactly what I am looking for and would love more info on it if anybody out there has any about it. Thanks

I saw this at the Trans World Halloween tradeshow or at the IAAPA show maybe 6 years ago when we were buying stuff for our haunt we had at the time. I thought it was a good idea but the company is no longer in business. I heard that they never sold even one. I know a couple years ago the lady that owned the company was trying to sell their display model.
It was very nice but very expensive. I think it cost around $90,000 and it came complete with lights, walls, sound,props and animatronics and fire and safety equipment. You could set it up and have it ready for customers in just a couple hours The problem with it was that it only took about 2 minutes to go thru the entire thing. I doubt you could get away with charging more than a couple bucks for a ticket since your customer would go thru it so quickly. Think about how many tickets you would have to sell to make back your investment in addition to the expense of insurance, advertising, payroll, electric, repairs, etc...
At the time we saw the terror on wheels we were running a 3,000 square foot show under a large tent and we were able to build it for much less money than the cost of the much smaller terror on wheels.
