Also the most expensive halloween thing they sold. Wouldn't be such a big deal if it were back in NJ but in the UK the market isn't quite as big yet, getting there though.
I know some of you don't believe in store-bought stuff but i just don't have the experience nor time to do stuff to this grand of a scale.
Got a call today saying asda (wal-mart in the UK) finally got their section out, so i headed down, and among a good haul of other stuff saw this amazing 6ft+ butler at the entrance of the store and again in the halloween section.
Was giving lots of kids scares, the lil ones screaming and crying, good stuff. It's fully anamatronic with lots of sayings, noises and movements.
When i found a staff member and said i wanted one they were a little shocked, i was the first, and passion like mine isn't seen often around here. Had a good chat with some of the staff who also liked halloween more than most, all in all, a good visit.
Is wal-mart over there doing the same thing? (pretty much everything here is shipped over from wal-mart in the states and has a bigger price tag slapped on it, i've actually peeled off the pound currency stickers to find $ stickers underneath for the same value)
Made my day anyway!
very happy!

I have this same butler along with at least 8 others and he is always one of the most popular at my party each year.
Be proud because lots of people are going to love him.
Some people even thought he was a real person.

Yeah that's in our hall to, just to the side of the front door.
Also scared the hell out of my sisters friend, she wouldn't walk past him into the kitchen at first haha.
Gonna be a hit at the party and got good plans for halloween night too, will have him by the front door outside for TOT's.
Supervised by myself and a friend of course (people in the UK aren't as respectful of others property as they are in the states)
I'll be sure to get pics/video, should be a pretty decent setup this year. Lots of money and ideas going into it.
60. Bargain. I was expecting like just over 100.

My first ever life-sized prop

None of my friends or family have ever touched any of my props.
And I don't allow kids at my party, so I have no worries there either.
