I've been saying to myself that the first time I saw pumpkins for sale, I would get one and put it on the porch. Well, yesterday I saw some, so I got a nice medium sized round one and now it is indeed on the porch. Have you seen any pumpkins for sale yet around where you live, and have you bought any? I plan to get a couple more in October, but I wanted one early.

I also dreamed last night that it was October 31st and I went trick-or-treating (which I don't do anymore in real life). I thought, "Boy, Halloween really snuck up on me, but at least I got to go trick-or-treating".

I haven't bought one yet, but my husband stated today maybe I should go ahead and put a fake one in the window to get all the kids going.

I haven't seen any for sale, but I did pick two out of my patch that the groundhog managed to not eat! I was sooo excited that my patch was doing so good and I had a bunch of nice pumpkins. The white ones were the first to go. Then I noticed all of the other ones that started to turn orange were being eaten. It really killed me when it ate my only wolf pumpkin. I was so looking forward to that! I did see two more that were still green. I'll have to go check this evening to see if they are still there. STUPID RODENTS!!!!

Going to the pumpkin farm is one of the best days of the season for me.

Sadly it's at LEAST the first week of october till they pick them around here.

    Can't wait to haul up.

So far I have got 4 fake pumpkins and two real ones. When I was grocery shopping I saw some and just had to have them.

Of course we will still be taking my daughters to the pumpkin patch to pick their own. You can never have too many pumpkins.

The only real pumpkin that I have seen for sale is the one from the MN. state fair. It was the winner and is 365lbs. They were taking offers but, couldn't gaurentee that it would last until Halloween. I did buy 3 mums though. lol In orange of course.
