I've been going for the past couple of weeks on a thursday (my day off) to see if they had anything out yet. As usual, they did not.

I'd always talk to this kid who is in charge of the seasonal items. I'd ask him if certains items were in and he's always look into the computer for me.

Well, this past thursday I was able to get him to bring me a glow in the dark blubky from the back. I was thrilled! Then he told me that he was going to take inventory of everything that he will get and take pics of it all. Then he asked me if I wanted to come by next thursday to view all the pics?? I said HELL YEAH!!!

I've got very first dibs on the Halloween items. JOY-GASM!!!

That's awesome! It's been ages since I checked out Halloween stuff at Canadian tire- did they say when the stock will finally be out?

I was in yesterday (Sat.) and nothing. Canadian Tire is always a great source for Halloween stuff. Wal-Mart had a few items, nothing really notable aside from orange lights and some small battery operated moving hands etc.

Is it me or is everyone a little bit slow this year??? I suppose my biggest disappointment was when my fiance' and I went to the Amazing Costume Company in Etobicoke (a suburb or Toronto for those of you familiar with the GTA). This place always has the best and latest props (although a little pricey). When we got there, everything was in disarray and mostly in shipping boxes. They were just beginning to un-pack and set up for the season. If you are anything like me, you look at the calendar and think...."c'mon people, there are only 54 days till Halloween!!!! (my fiance' thinks i'm NUTZ)
