I was just wondering what everyone's favorite prop or decoration was (pics would be fun) in their collections.
I know that no matter how much better I get at prop building over the years, I'll always have a special place for my witch that I built the first year we really decided to go all out on our yard. She's made out of a milk jug, paper maché and has an artist's easel for her body, but I was so proud of her... and this was before I found out that there was such places on the web like Halloween Forum with incredible prop builders and such!I had no idea what I was doing!
So is your favorite decoration/prop something you bought or something you built, and what is the story behind it?

My favorite is the web I made. Wish I had more pics of it.
It got destroyed and I haven't gotten around to making another (took a long time to make).
The TOT's loved it. You had to walk under it to get your candy. I had small spiders hanging down from it that would just brush the top of your head."I Love The Dead" - Alice Cooper

Mine is the casket I made last year. We didn't have time to really set it up good so it just leaned against the house with red light illuminating from within it. This year I hope to have something/someone pop out of it and set up in a funeral type setting in the cemetery. Last year we took it over to a friend's Halloween party and people wanted to get their pictures taken in it.
