Default What is your favorite decoration?

I was just wondering what everyone's favorite prop or decoration was (pics would be fun) in their collections.

I know that no matter how much better I get at prop building over the years, I'll always have a special place for my witch that I built the first year we really decided to go all out on our yard. She's made out of a milk jug, paper maché and has an artist's easel for her body, but I was so proud of her... and this was before I found out that there was such places on the web like Halloween Forum with incredible prop builders and such! I had no idea what I was doing!

So is your favorite decoration/prop something you bought or something you built, and what is the story behind it?

My favorite is the web I made. Wish I had more pics of it.
It got destroyed and I haven't gotten around to making another (took a long time to make).
The TOT's loved it. You had to walk under it to get your candy. I had small spiders hanging down from it that would just brush the top of your head.

I guess my favorite is my first blucky that I corpsed. It took a lot of time as it was all trial and error. but I was happy with the results.

This is our favorite decoration. It was the first prop we put together that we were happy with, and it is the first one to go up every year.

Mine is the casket I made last year. We didn't have time to really set it up good so it just leaned against the house with red light illuminating from within it. This year I hope to have something/someone pop out of it and set up in a funeral type setting in the cemetery. Last year we took it over to a friend's Halloween party and people wanted to get their pictures taken in it.
