Wal Mart/Sporting Goods/Camping/Flashlights & Lanterns.
Under the bill, Baseball cap clip with 3 Ultra Bright UV LED lamps.
It was made for fishermen to spot Monofilament Fishing Line.
Cost: $9.94 2x CR2032-3.V Batteries Included.
Possible Uses:
To check materials for UV glow in stores (instead of guessing.)
great for creating artwork in UV colors or to use in props when there is no power available.
No larger than a pack of playing cards, this UV powerhouse really puts out the effects.
For a small unit, I was pleasantly surprised of the ability this has to spotlight a small area in UV.
The switch is on the right/rear corner.
Sliding the switch to the left, turns it on.
Sliding it to the right turns it off. D-uhhh.
The battery compartment is located on the opposite side, that the clips are on.
It slides down towards the curved side. Naturally, I put the batteries in wrong the first time.
So I had to try it again. The unit didn't fry on me due to reveresed current flow. So THAT'S a plus.
The positive side is up on the right battery compartment. Negative side up/on the left.
TWO coin sized batteries power the unit
And are included in the package. These are CR 2032 batteries.
Which are pretty common. I picked up some spare batteris when I bought this one. The batteries can be seen
on the back of the package. Find a package that has one of the battery imprints facing out, and it's a no brainer.
The clips are kind of heavy duty and fairly stiff.
The bill on this hat is pretty thick, but the unit slipped right on and
holds firmly. This is important that the unit won't slip off if you turned your head fast.
OR if you were a fisherman, looking down over the water. It won't fall off. Great design feature.
See? Told you they were powerful! Aim these in your eyes, and feel the burn!
You'll see spots for a good 20 min. to a half hour if you bathe your pupils with this.

I bought these in one of the older/smaller WalMart stores. I don't know if their at the big stores.
But the next time I go to a Super Wal Mart, I'll check to see if their there.
