This will be the fourth annual party i've held, but they've always just been spread through close friends/family via word of mouth. As popularity has started to grow i decided i really needed invites this year.
I used a couple of ideas i picked up on the forums and my own ideas and i'm REALLY pleased with the outcome.
Be nice to know what everyone thinks.
2 pics, close-up of one so you can read it, and a far out shot so you can see the variety (they all burned in a unique way)
Gotta say i loved making them, especially burning them in the yard an hour ago, had that nice hazy fall sunshine going on.

Those look great! I think it is always cool to get handmade invitations, cards, etc. Much more personal.
So do you feel dizzy and nauseated now?
The year I made all my invitations by burning the edges, I was sick to my stomach the rest of the day from all the smoke

How are you going to deliver them? By hand or via the mail?

very nicely done!
I'll second the question about delivery. How will they get to them? Can you roll then and mail them somehow? Folding would likely take something away from them. I'm intrgued.

Thanks for the kind words!
And as for delivery i thought of a unique method i've never heard anybody mention.
Instead of giving them in person or mailing them, i'm going for a creepy form of delivery.
They'll be rolled up as scrolls and wrapped in orange and black ribbon.
I'm going to drive to their houses without any form of warning, park in the next sreet, sneek to the house, tie the ribbon to the door handle, knock, and run like hell.
If they call me i'm going to play it casual like i'm at home/work and tell them my secret messenger must have visited them.
