Now that we know about the best, what about the worst things you've gotten in your Halloween bag?

I hear the pennies one quite often, but I've never gotten pennies. One time this old guy gave us these old casino mints though...

Well...pennies, peanuts still in the shell.

One time I got a mini toothbrush and toothpaste! What to ruin a child's halloween buzz!

Plain yellow no. 2 pencils. If they had cool Halloween graphics or erasers on them that would've made a difference, but there was nothing special about them. We already had a gazillion at home because my mom is an impulse office supply shopper.
I'll bet living in a nudist colony takes all the fun out of Halloween. – Anonymous

It's a tie between a toothbrush or peanut butter kisses. Yuck!

I got a copy of "The Watchtower" from one family on my block. They seemed like such nice people, too. I should have known they weren't giving out candy, since their yard was littered with the pamphlets dropped by my fellow TOTers. In subsequent years, we made sure to skip their house.
